Students are having fun in rehearsal. (J. Weston)
Despite the cast's small size, Weston noted, “Every performer has really upped their game! Each member is taking on multiple roles, which has been a fantastic opportunity for everyone to showcase their talents and versatility. It’s creating a unique dynamic that we’re excited to share with the audience.”
Junior Layna Botwinick explained, “The dances are our main concern, since a lot of the songs are fast and require lots of choreography. We have been tirelessly working on the dances, and they have been really coming together. We all know what we’re doing!” Botwinick continued, “After a long day at school, it’s nice to sing and dance to make us feel more awake.”
Make sure to get tickets! (J. Weston)
Weston concluded, “The audience can expect an energetic performance filled with toe-tapping music, stunning choreography, and a compelling story.”
