Getting Ready for Prom!

by Hannah Fineman, SSLI '25

Editor's note: With prom approaching, upperclassmen are getting ready! Juniors and seniors have began "promposing" to their dates, and students have gotten creative with their promposals. Here are a few that have been done so far:

Samson asked Carly to prom by serenading her on her birthday with the ancient Israeli instrument, the oud. (T. Herbst)

Noah said prom would be unBEARable without Hannah Fineman. (A. Pravato)

With the help of guidance counselor Art Mandel, Liam asked Sasha to prom. (T. Herbst)

Ariel sent Addison on a duck-themed scavenger hunt just to ask her to prom. (H. Fineman)

Jared asked Talia, the pitcher for the varsity softball team, to prom in the most perfect way. (A. Pravato)

Elinor was asked to prom by her date, Amit, with a reference to one of her favorite Taylor Swift songs. (A. Pravato)

Mikey asked Ellie to prom by giving her Chinese food and a custom fortune cookie. (C. Smith)
