Editor’s Note: With the second quarter ending, Mr. Garcia offered his AP Calculus AB and BC classes an extra credit assignment. They created posters for Pi Day to be displayed around the school leading up to March 14 (3.14 - the first three digits of pi).
Here are photographs of student’s posters:
Besides from making a poster, senior Sasha Chernoff even made Mr. Garcia his favorite "pie." (T. Herbst)
Senior Risa Rogers created a poster where students can learn many facts about Pi. (T. Herbst)
Seniors Yael Pedram and Hannah Fineman made creative and imaginative posters. (T. Herbst)
Carly said, "I had the time of my life" while making her colorful Pi poster. (T. Herbst)
What do you prefer? Pi or Pie? (T. Herbst)
We hope everyone gets excited for Pi Day! (T. Herbst)
