Freshman and Cross Country runner Zachary Bazini said, “I feel that my performance was acceptable, considering that I did much better than last year.” He added, “Next year, I'll train harder and more often to bring back a medal.”
Junior Mikayla Rachmanova, while disappointed in her own performance, pointed out how well everyone worked together. She said, “As a team, we did amazing and really pushed through.” She added, “I think that this season has come along and that we really pushed ourselves.” Rachmanova is hopeful for the coming season.
While the team did not place this year, they remain hopeful and excited for the next season. Freshman and runner Eli Rosenthal said, “It was amazing how much everyone pushed through for the championship.”
Rosenthal concluded by saying, "Everyone showed up for each other and will continue to do so.”
